Each year IBAB takes on board a small group of research assistants who are keen to delve deeper into the realm of biotechnology. These research assistants are chosen through a competitive exam and/or a face to face interview. Faculty at IBAB educate and guide the students on various facets of the topic they are studying, during their time with us.
