Scanning was carried out by Agilent G2500A GeneArrayScanner (Konfocal argon laser). Software of Affymetrix MAS (MicroArraySuite) 5.0 and DATA-mining-tool 2.0 and Silicongenetics GeneSpring 6.0 were used.
