| Sample_treatment_protocol_ch1 | Rats fed a high-fat diet were orally administrated dried mulberry leaf powder suspended in 0.5% carboxymethylcellulose at 0 or 500 mg/kg body weight/day. The administration was performed on a 6 weekly basis by gastric probe after fasting overnight. After 7 weeks, rats were anesthetized and killed by exsanguination. Parts of liver of each rat was taken and immediately immersed in RNAlater (Applied Biosystems).

| Sample_data_processing | The data were analyzed with Microarray Suite version 5.0 (MAS 5.0) using statistical language R and MAS 5.0 software in Affy package.
