| Sample_treatment_protocol_ch1 = Nine-week old ICR mice were fed with a basal diet (CRF-1) or that containing 500 ppm diosgenin for 4 weeks ad libitum (n | 3 in each group). The mice were sacrificed and organs collected for gene expression analyses were stored in RNAlater solution (Ambion, Austin, TX).
