Sample_treatment_protocol_ch1	6 week old intact male TRAMP mice were treated with either a vehicle or 100 mg/kg/day OSU-CG5 for 4-weeks. At the end of the study, animals were euthanized via carbon dioxide asphyxiation approximately 2-4 hours after their last dose. The urogenital tracts were removed, and the dorsal and lateral lobes of the prostate microdissected in RNAlater (Qiagen), then stored at -80 degrees C.
