| Sample_treatment_protocol_ch1 | 2x10^5 cells were seeded in 3 ml cell culture media into 6-well dishes and allowed to equilibrate overnight at 37 degrees Celcius and 5% CO2. The following day, DMSO or GSK126 were added to final concentrations of 0.1% DMSO and/or 500 nM GSK126. After 72 hours, cells were harvested by centrifugation, lysed with 750 ul Trizol reagent, and frozen at -80 degrees Celcius.
