| Sample_growth_protocol_ch1 | iPSCs were grown on mouse embryo fibroblasts in human embryonic stem cell media and passaged with collagenase. Neurons were differentiated from human iPSCs (grown on MEFs) following previously published protocols (Hu BY, et al.
